Topic “Fun”

Alexia Foods Revamp, Part 1

Here’s to people who rewrite the recipe books.
Here’s to transforming the humble French fry into a Spicy Chipotle Sweet Potato Fry.
Here’s to the glory of thyme infused oils, natural cane sugar, and baby portabellas.
Here’s to simple things done exceptionally.
Here’s to those who take one more step, add that special ingredient, and love every last bite as much as we do.

Here’s to food. Here’s to Alexia.

ExpoMarkers.com is Live

Life doesn't necessarily fit into perfectly straight lines, detailed diagrams or neat little compartments.

It just happens, evolves and never ever stops. You find solutions in the now, you make a plan and embrace that change, is in fact, a fact of life. You share, you scheme, you plan, you adjust, you possess and then you start over.

Life's messy but with Expo you always have a clean slate.

Expo. Life. ReMarkable.

Prismacolor.com is Live

Art is what you draw. Art uninhibited is what you feel. Art is rooted in prerequisites. Art uninhibited is fueled by passion. Art is a course on a syllabus. Art uninhibited is an exhibition. When you hold a Prismacolor in your hand it’s you. It’s your pencil unrestricted, unreserved, unpredictable.

Prismacolor is not just art. It’s art uninhibited.

A Little Help for Greater Good

Awhile back I had the opportunity to participate on a small level by providing creative for a pet project of some of the finest practitioners in the IA/UX field. This group got together to make a difference for a micro-loan initiative called Lend4Heatlh.

Gabby Hon provided the strategy, creative brief and personas for Russ Unger, Todd Zaki Warfel, Will Evans and Fred Beecher to solve the design challenges for Lend4Health's needs.

I was very fortunate to give Russ a hand with the creative execution of his hard, thoughtful solutions. You can read the full back story by Russ. View the great time-lapse video of his efforts.

Conner had his Caberet Night yesterday and these are a couple of videos from it.

Austin Riding Out a Problem

Austin’s friend Karl Geweniger is a Film Student at Columbia in Chicago. Part of the "Transducer" project, this "episode" demonstrates his developing chops quite brilliantly.

Austin happens to ride very well too.

Finally Updated to Drupal 6

It’s kind of like the plumber who’s house has the leaky faucets, I never have time to work on my own projects.
