Sore All Over

I joined Lifetime Fitness today after being away for 2 years. Being so out of shape really sucks. The pain factor is, well, painful. I hurt all over. But it will subside after I get back into the groove of excersising on a consistent basis.

I need new shoes as for some reason (couldn't be that I am getting older...lol), my stance is pronated now. Not obviously but I could see and feel while on the tread. Confirmed by the feedback from shins.
