Kimberly Conn Owes me $750.00

That's right, $750.00 for the damage from rear-ending my car on I-290. More surprising is she actually had insurance - I was relieved. I went through and filed reports and sent off paperwork to her Insurance company, United Equitable Insurance, Inc. UEI will not pay on it because they cannot contact Kimberly to confirm my side of the story. This was a "ta-da" moment. Crap. Moral of the story, no matter how trivial the accident, get a police report to back up your claim. I didn't know - never been in an accident before.

Why am I making such a big deal? I want my car fixed by the person who did it - Kimberly Conn. I have insurance and can have it fixed but that is not the point.

"As you can see, the damage is not great but I know that plastic bumper and impact absorption material is not cheap and my car is in like-new condition and I wish to keep it that way.
I have included a picture of the front of the insured's car.
I would also like to point out that Kimberly was doing everything EXCEPT drive - doing hair and applying make up - and this accident should ever have happened."
