Tuesday July 12, 2005: Phoenix/Gilbert
I awake to send-off Carter to work for the morning. Dana went to pick up Americano's and bagels for breakfast. Yummy. I think Dana is Starbucks' best customer.
After chilling for the morning, the boys - Riley and Carson - need to the pool. Great for burning some energy off and mandatory in this weather, 114F. The boys demonstrate their swimming stunts, or controlled drownings, depending on how you look at it.
Carter meets back up with us in the afternoon.
We have dinner at Nando's. Carter lends me his GPS for the remainder of my trip.
So I guess you do remember
So I guess you do remember visiting us. Just kidding.
We enjoyed your brief visit. The boys have progressed from controlled drowning to just Carson bobing up and down. Riley has graduate 2 classes and can swim the whole length of the pool and back quite easily. Carson still has some work to do, but is getting better.
Glad the GPS helped you get home. My backyard would have made you 'well done' if you got lost.
For all the desert naysayers, today is pleasant and 88. In Montana terms that is 77 or so.
Oh, if I had a dollar (left) for every Starbucks Dana drinks, I would be a rich man (sing like Gwen)
