Finally Updated to Drupal 6
It’s kind of like the plumber who’s house has the leaky faucets, I never have time to work on my own projects.
Kimberly Conn Owes me $750.00
That's right, $750.00 for the damage from rear-ending my car on I-290. More surprising is she actually had insurance - I was relieved. I went through and filed reports and sent off paperwork to her Insurance company, United Equitable Insurance, Inc. UEI will not pay on it because they cannot contact Kimberly to confirm my side of the story. This was a "ta-da" moment. Crap. Moral of the story, no matter how trivial the accident, get a police report to back up your claim. I didn't know - never been in an accident before.
Conner's Birthday
Conner had a pretty good 14th birthday. To help him capture his progress on the drums for his teachers to hear, we got him this TuneStudio from Belkin - a very cool piece of hardware. Oh, and a new iPod new record onto.
Will post some tracks later.
Conner on Jr. High Baseball Team
Last week turned-out to be a great one for Conner. After baseball camps and lots of practice, he made the Lisel Jr. High baseball team.
Congratulations!
The rest of his summer is now booked solid with daily baseball practice with first game on August 18th. Football and band will be starting up very soon too.
Keep Learning
Although geared specifically to the industry I work in, Chris Miller has an article on TalentZoo. The article covers the need to always keep learning and challenging yourself. If you have a moment, take a read:

Happy Father’s Day

Still one of my favorite images that I vaguely remember but forever cemented my passion for cars — 5 years old and laying on cardboard under the '34 Ford Victoria 2-door sedan.
